Emma Goad is the Founder and CEO of PrimeFlo CRM Academy, where she helps Primerica Financial Advisors and Regional Vice Presidents unlock the full potential of their CRM.

As a seasoned CRM Specialist and Trainer, Emma has designed and implemented systems that have delivered proven results — including generating more than $100,000 in additional take-home income for a single rep by combining Primerica’s CRM platform with custom workflows, automation, and tested processes.

Emma’s expertise lies in transforming CRM software into a profit-driving growth system. She bridges the gap between CRM technology and revenue performance, equipping Primerica teams with strategies that consistently improve client retention, annual review completion, and product per household (PHV).

Her areas of specialization include:
