Meet Emma Goad — Founder & CEO

Emma is the driving force behind PrimeFlo CRM Academy. As a seasoned CRM Specialist and Trainer, she has developed and implemented systems that have generated as much as $100,000 in additional take-home income for a single rep — all by utilizing Primerica’s CRM alongside her homegrown workflows and proven processes.

Emma’s unique strength is bridging the gap between CRM technology and revenue.

She’s an expert in:

  • Building task structures and notes that hold team members accountable

  • Creating automations that reduce busywork and boosts efficiency

  • Training CRM Specialists and RVPs to maximize product per household (PHV) and lifetime value (LTV)

As CEO and Head Trainer, Emma personally leads the flagship 4-Session Training Program, private consulting engagements, and enterprise workshops. Her passion is equipping teams with systems that don’t just look good — they drive results month after month.
